Written by Christiani Buani, Bruno Valim and Yasmin Wakimoto, the study consists of a brief analysis of the contributions of the WFP Centre of Excellence against Hunger to meet the recommendations of the Buenos Aires Plan of Action (BAPA), 40 years after its creation.
