“Moving on to the second phase of this competition is much more than an achievement; it is a milestone of great importance because I am representing the indigenous peoples, carrying on the culture of our people’s struggle, resistance and ancestral knowledge that spans generations. Being here also means representing an entire profession that is a source of great pride, because every school cook carries with them commitment, care and love in everything they do.
