The article entitled “Seizing the potential of South-South Cooperation: using knowledge exchange to achieve food and nutritional security” was published on 26 November, by Revista Española de Desarrollo y Cooperación (issue 43), a journal edited by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Written by Christiani Buani, Bruno Valim and Yasmin Wakimoto, the study consists of a brief analysis of the contributions of the WFP Centre of Excellence against Hunger to meet the recommendations of the Buenos Aires Plan of Action (BAPA), 40 years after its creation. BAPA is the United Nations action plan for the promotion of technical cooperation among developing nations.
