Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning System
This report presents the Monitoring and Evaluation system at the WFP Centre of Excellence against Hunger in Brazil, including the main elements that inform its creation, especially highlighting gaps and man needs, in addition to proposing approaches for capacity development.
