“Representing riverside cooks is a mix of emotions,” says Genilma Silva

Read below the testimony of cook Genilma Silva, from the Riverside Community of Soure (PA), whose dish was selected in the most recent episode of the reality show Escola de Sabores:

“Representing the riverside dwellers was a very good thing, but now representing the cooks is indescribable! A mix of emotions. The only thing I know is that I tried to deliver what the challenge really asked for, which was to combine fish with fruit. It wasn’t too difficult, but it’s still too early to declare victory. There’s still a long way to go, but I am happy with the victory I had in this challenge with my teammates.”
